Frances Cowie started writing romantic fiction after waking one morning with the story of an old pump house floating around in her head. The Watershed is her first novel.
Frances resides with her husband in one of the most beautiful areas in New Zealand. She spends her days jostling between her family business commitments, a very large garden, and writing the romantic dreams that invade her thoughts.
